The Hague, the administrative capital of the Netherlands, is a city with many secrets. Yet, for those who can see through the symbolism of its arts and architecture, and for the ones who can decipher its dual messages, a wealth of information is disclosed.
The question is, what to do with these insights?
This week, on my visit to The Hague, a friend took me to Hotel Indigo and showed me its cellar. I started filming and describing what I saw in this underground space. Back upstairs and out on the street, I was still filming, laying links and making discoveries about the hidden reality of “De Hofstad” (“the Court City of the Netherlands”.)
